Advance 2924; ca. 1941*; This is the "Tie-Around Dress" included in the USDA Farmers' Bulletin No.1963: Dresses and Aprons for Work in the Home (in both the original 1944 edition & the 1947 revised edition) by Clarice L. Scott and Elizabeth Bruzgulis.
The pattern envelope is marked "Designed by Bureau of Human Nutrition and Home Economics; United States Department of Agriculture, Washington D. C."
