Advance 3710; ca. 1944; The apron on the left is the original version of the "Bias Apron" and the apron on the right is the "Skirt Apron" - both from the USDA Farmers' Bulletin No.1963: Dresses and Aprons for Work in the Home (and are in both the original 1944 and the 1947 revised editions) by Clarice L. Scott and Elizabeth Bruzgulis.
The pattern envelope is marked "Designed by United States Department of Agriculture Bureau of Home Economics; Washington D. C."
