Advance 6125; ca. 1952; Bridal, Formal or Afternoon Dress. Bodice has horizontal darts from the center front that opens to give fullness to the bust line. All views have back zipper closing. View 1, Wedding Gown with wide Bertha collar and lace jewel neckline has set in, long fitted sleeves. View 2 , afternoon dress has deep V neckline with banding and short set in sleeves. Evening length dress has curved sweetheart neckline and extended cap sleeves. The bodice is attached to a curve yoked skirt that fits close across the hips and joins a 9 gore skirt. Sweep of the hemline is 200-300 inches depending on length.
