Elastic stretched and stitched on waistline seam on inside across the back. Optional eyelet ruffles applied with beading strung with ribbon. (View 2) Can-Can petticoat with novelty ruffles stitched to inside. (View 2-3) Waistline with elastic in casing. (View 3) Interfacing petticoat with taffeta yoke.
