Advance Pattern 7849 Vintage Sew Easy Toddlers Bib, Dress and Panties from 1956. This includes; "Sew Easy" Design: Sleeveless, back buttoned Dress...Square neckline front and back, full gathered skirt. Detachable Scalloped Bib (in contrast) buttons to bodice in front. Bib has high round neckline, button closing at back neck. Optional lace trim outlines scallops. Panties (to match dress) are lined with plastic, open flat. Hammer-on snap fasteners at sides, elastic across back waist.
