(V1) Dress with three-quarter length cuffed sleeves. (V1-V2) Contrasting bias binding of fabric trims collar, bib and skirt. (V2) Sailor Collar, bib, sleevebands in contrast fabric. (V3) Dress all one fabric. Use purchased bias tape for trimming.
