Anne Adams 4604; 1940s; The bodice of the dress has a shaped yoke which is gathered at the shoulder and a tie that is pulled through an opening in yoke. The bodice has double waist darts and short or three quarter sleeves. The skirt has stitched down pleats in front and is flared in the back with a center back seam. The bolero jacket can be short sleeve or three quarter sleeve and has darts in back and is faced rather than lined.
