Anne Adams 4726; ca. late 1950s; One-piece shirtwaist dress with notched collar and winged turn-back cuffs on short sleeves, which can also be made as three-quarter length sleeves. Back yoke with center inverted pleat on back bodice. Dart-fitted bodice and skirt at waistline. Skirt is straight with large flapped pockets on side panels.
