Anne Adams 4737; ca. 1960s; House coat with a full-length front center button closure, two large patch pockets at hips featured single button tab-over accents, a pointed collar, and a V-shaped back yoke. Inverted pleat begins at point of back yoke and fall to hemline creating a full and roomy design. Accent bow at union of pleat and yoke on back. Sleeves can be done as short sleeves or three-quarter length.
