Bestway C.2,742; ca. 1950s; Circular Skirt or Waist Slip ... Skirt consists of a full circle of material and is arranged with zip or placket at left-hand side. The waist is set on to a mitred band for the skirt, but for the version used as a waist slip, the waist edge is bound with a rouleau and tie ends left at left-hand side to tie in a bow. Lower edge of waist slip can also be bound to match waist.
