Blackmore 1885; ca. 1940s; Above knee-length dress is gathered to chest and has short puffed sleeves. High round neckline has ruffled picot trim. Hemline has ruffled picot trim. Bonnet has band and gathered front edge, and is trimmed with ribbon.

From the envelope: Professional Dressmakers, making garments for sale, are reminded that they must comply with the Making of Civilian Clothing (Restriction) Order.

The pattern has 8 pre-cut pieces and has instructions printed on the back of the envelope.
