Dress has a princess seamed top with dropped waist, no seam at natural waist. Notched collar and slit opening at neck. Long, cuffed sleeves or turned-up short sleeves. The flared, A-line skirt is attached to the dropped waist in four pieces. Length of dress just below the knees. Fabric belt. The top can be made from contrasting fabric. Decorative topstitching along the collar, sleeve turn-ups and dropped waist. Side zipper.
