Butterick 2959; ca. 1944; Women's and Misses' Blouse in Two Styles. A high neckline, with a touch of softness at either side and raglan cap sleeves give this blouse such an interesting look. Views B and C are trimmed with ruffles around the neck and down the front in jabot effect. Ruffles ‘round the wrists in B.
