Butterick 3034; 1960s; MISSES’ DRESS. The shirt that makes a dress, jacket or coat with three-quarter length cuffed sleeves, away from the neck tailored collar. (A) Long version worn as a hostess gown with patch pockets, self tie belt. (B) Worn as a coat with sleeveless shell overblouse, straight skirt. (C) Worn as a dress without pockets. (D) Worn as a shirt with purchased belt and straight skirt. (E) Worn as a jacket with patch pockets.
