Butterick 3145; ca. 1944; Misses’ Overblouse: Day or Evening Wear. Long torso overblouse to be worn with your day or evening skirts. View A – has a high, slashed neckline and cap sleeves. High covered or a low V shaped back. View B – ruffled dipping peplum version with a back slashed nearly to the waist.
