Butterick 3218; ©1989; Ruth Scharf - Infants' Jumper, Romper, Overalls, Blouse & Applique. Jumper or romper, above mid-knee, or overalls have close-fitting self-lined bodice with ruffles, button shoulder closing and side opening with self or contrast tie ends. A, B: slightly flared skirt. C: contrast cuffs. D: contrast elasticized bands. A, C, D: contrast appliqué. C, D: snap crotch closing. No provision for above waist adjustment. Semi-fitted blouse has neckbinding, ruffle, and short sleeves with elastic at lower edge. Narrow hem.
