Butterick 3317; ca. 1945; Men’s sport shirt, action back pleats. This well tailored shirt has been designed with a broad shoulder line and two action pleats in the back which make it ideal for active sports wear. The neckline is convertible. Note the two patch pockets and long cuff or short sleeves. A "Father & Son" pattern, for Son see Butterick 3852.
