Butterick 3386; ca. 1945; Women's and Misses' Two-piece Dress.  The jacket blouse top of this softly tailored dress has a nice, casual air.  Note the trim yoke line; the inset belt with tie ends; and the two-button closing.  Sleeves in two lengths.  The skirt has pleats either side of the front; three-gore back.
