Butterick 3459; ca. 1945; Women's and Misses' Dress. (A) Deep armhole cap sleeves and side bodice sections are cut in one, center sleeve seam. High neckline with one-button closing. Six-gore skirt. (B) Neckline open in revers effect, below-elbow sleeves and two-button bodice closing.
