Butterick 3641: ca. 1946; Little Girl's Frock: Separate Panties.: Twin rows of buttons accented by scallops give a pretty touch to this frock. It has a high yoke, puff sleeves, shirring at the sides in front falling into soft fullness. Contrast collar and sleeve bands (A); lace edging (B). Separate panties. 13 pieces.
