Butterick 3929; ca. 1946; Misses’ Two-Piece Suit Dress: Smart Side Closing. The short fitted jacket top of this two-piece suit dress has such an interesting one-button side closing and a distinctive high neckline, deep armhole sleeves. Soft detail either side of the five-gore skirt gives a smart peg-top effect.
