Butterick 4016; 1980s; Ellen Tracy - Misses' Jacket, Blouse and Skirt: Semi-fitted, lined jacket with or without purchased braid tim has round neckline, front button/loop closing, purchased shoulder pads, waist peplum, full length sleeves pleated at top with shaped cuffs and button/loop closing and topstitch trim. Semi-fitted blouse, with or without purchased lace trim has band collar, front buttoned band closing, slightly forward shoulder seams and full length sleeves gathered at cap and into buttoned cuffs with continous lap opening. Slightly flared skirt, below mid-knee has waistline gathers, straight waistband, side seam pockets and opening.
