Butterick 4047; ca. 1980s; Misses' Dress & Belt. Very loose-fitting dress three inches (7.5 cm) below mid-knee has pointed collar, front neckline slit with button and thread loop closing. Front gathered into shaped front yoke, and full length sleeves gathered at cap and into buttoned cuffs. Self tie belt. Topstitch trim.
