Butterick 4089; 1970s; Young Designer: Betsey Johnson of Alley Cat - Misses' Skirts. A & B—flared skirt in 2 lengths has elasticized waistline with attached ties. With or without contrast hemline ruffle. C & D—Flared wrap skirt in 3 lengths has pockets in side seams, shaped waistband extending into ties, and topstitch trim. E—Ankle length flared tri-colored skirt has waistband and purchased trim. Purchased tops.
