Butterick 4121; ca. 1947; Women's and Misses' Two-Piece Casual Dress. Softly detailed casual! button-front blouse top with tucks over the shoulders and tucks which release soft fulness on the front of the peplum. Waist-defining inset belt. Short sleeves in A; long cuffed shirt sleeves (B). Six-gored skirt.
