Butterick 4129; ca. 1940s; Misses' One-Piece Dress: Scarf Drapery. (A) Scarf-like drapery sweeps diagonally across the bodice, twists around the belt and falls in cascade lines on the four-gore skirt. (B) Saddle stitching accents the high neck, sleeves and the pockets. Sleeves: cap, short or long length.
