Butterick 4189

Butterick 4189; ca. 1966; Dress & Coat. Full coat has flat felled seaming detail at back, side and shoulder seams; contrast binding or fold-over braid trim. Coat has no underlining, facings or lining and is recommended for double faced and heavy weight fabrics. Semi-fitted dress is gathered into bias neck band and has short raglan sleeves.

Suggested Fabrics: Coat: Double Faced Fabrics, Wools, Synthetics. Dress: Cotton, Silk, Jersey, Crepe, Lightweight Wool.
