Butterick 4247; ca. 1947; Misses’ One-Piece Dress: Yoke-Top Skirt. This one-piece dress has an interesting high slashed neckline and yoke inset in front. Short sleeves (A); full push-up sleeves (B). The smooth yoke top on the skirt creates a long torso effect. Skirt is pleated all around (A); gathered in (B).
