Butterick 4381; ca. late 1940s; Misses' Two-Piece Suit Dress: Bustle Effect. A suit dress that can look casual or dress-up. The fitted jacket blouse has a rolled collar cut in one with front of jacket and a double-tiered bustle effect. Sleeves are long (A) or short (B). Rippled back fulness in the four-gore skirt.
