Butterick 4507; ca. late 1940s; Women's and Misses' Two-Piece Suit Dress. The fitted jacket blouse of this soft-tailored suit dress has a rolled collar, three-button closing and short or below-elbow length cuffed sleeves. The full six-gore skirt flares in a flattering manner. Jacket blouse and skirt contrast (B).
