Butterick 4537; ca. 1975; Misses' Shirt & Skirt. Loose-fitting shirt, gathered at back into neckline, has pointed collar-on-band, patch pockets, shirttail hemline, and gussets at shoulder neckline. Full-length two section kimono sleeves, with plackets are pleated into buttoned cuffs. Straight, wrapped skirt, forming deep front pleat, has wide self or contrast waistband, attached narrow self or contrast tie belt and carrier, and side front and back pleats. With or without contrast buttonhole pockets. Skirt in two length. Topstitch trim. Purchased tops.
