Butterick 4538; ca. 1948;  The keyhole neck on this casual is accented by a bow-tie treatment.  Yoke and drop-shoulder sleeves, cut in one, are trimmed by saddle stitching.  Simulated cuffs on below-elbow sleeves (B).  Triangular stole (A).  Two-piece full, flared skirt.
