Butterick 4660; ca. 1948; Girls' or Boys' Two-Piece Pajamas. 10 Pieces. (A) The top of these two-piece pajamas have a high round neck and button in the back. Trousers, with feet attached, button to the top. (B) This version is without foot covering. Note Peter Pan collar. (C) Short length version has short sleeves.
