Butterick 4679; ca. 1976; Misses' Dress & Applique Transfer - Loose-fitting dress, in two lengths, has jewel neckline with front slit and shaped collar or attached hood, front and back tucks released at bustline, and short sleeves or full-length slightly belled sleeves. With or without patch pockets with turnback flaps. Included are instructions for blanket stitch and stem/outline embroidery and transfer for applique.
