Butterick 4680; ca. 1970s; Young Designer Betsey Johnson - Misses' Dress, Top, Belt & Applique Transfer. Loose fitting dress, in below mid-knee length or top has jewel neckline with self ruffle and front slit, side slits and topstitch trim. With or without self ties at neckline and self tie belt. Sleeves gathered at caps or above elbow length flared or full length with elasticized wrists. Included are instruction for blanket stitch and stem/outline embroidery and transfers for appliques.
