Butterick 4685; ©1987; GIRLS'/BOYS' SHIRT, PANTS & SHORTS: Loose-fitting shirt has notched collar, extended shoulders, pocket, stitched hems and above elbow sleeves rolled-up (wrong side shows). Straight-legged or tapered pants or shorts, above mid-knee have elastic waist, side pockets and stitched hems. A: longer than full-length, rolled up. B: below mid-calf, narrow hem. E: contrast bands.
