Butterick 4704; ca. mid 1970s; Young Junior/Teen Dress. Dress, in two lengths, has fitted bodice with front tucks, square neckline with contrast reversed facing band, high waistline, slightly-flared, gathered skirt, patch pockets with contrast reversed facing bands and attached self ties. Sleeves gathered at caps are short flared or full-length and gathered into contrast buttoned cuffs.
