Butterick 4704

Butterick 4704; ca. 1948; Women's and Misses' One-Piece Dress. Understated in its simplicity, with a convertible neckline to be worn buttoned high or casually open. The bodice buttons down the front, and it has a flaring six-gore skirt. The sleeves are short and cuffed (B) or long and shirtwaist (A).
