Butterick 4793; ca. 1976; Kenzo - Misses' Jacket, Pants & Shorts. Semi-fitted, unlined shirt-jacket has notched collar, full-length two piece sleeves pleated into buttoned cuffs, side back seam, shaped front hemline, front buttoned closing, patch pockets and topstitch trim. Straight-legged pants or Bermuda shorts with cuffs have front pleats, slanted pockets, buttoned waistband, belt carriers, front zip and topstitch trim. A - pants are pleated into buttoned ankle bands.
