Butterick 4845; ca. 1970s; John Kloss - Misses' Dress & Jumpsuit. Dress, in two lengths, and wide straight-legged jumpsuit, gathered at waist, have bias front wrapped bodice extending into ties, front underbodice with scooped underbust neckline, pockets in side seams and topstitch trim. Sleeveless or full length sleeves. Sized for moderate stretch knits.
