Butterick 4968; ca. 1968; Young Designer: Mary Quant - Low-waisted gathered skirt, in mini or street length, attached to semi-fitted bodice with scoop neckline; front button and back zipper closing. Full length or short sleeves. Belt extending from side seams ties at back. Top-stitch trim.
