Butterick 4982; ca. 1980s; Misses' Blouse. Very loose-fitting blouse (two lengths) has collar with fold-back lapels, dropped shoulders and above elbow length sleeves with mock bands. A: full length with buttoned cuffs. C: notched collar and patch pockets with mock bands.
