Butterick 5089; ca. 1970s; Misses’ Shirt Jacket, Culottes and Pants: Loose-fitting shirt jacket has pointed collar, front buttoned closing, lined one piece yoke, patch pockets with shaped buttoned flaps, back tucks, full-length shirt sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs and shaped hemline with shaped buttoned side tabs. With or without buttonhole pockets. Below mid-knee length culottes and straight legged pants with belt carriers have back darts, buttoned waistband, front tucks, mock fly front and shaped side pockets. Topstitch trim. Purchased tops and belts.
