Butterick 5098; ca. 1978; Kenzo - A - loose-fitting top has roll collar, inset forming shallow front pleat, shaped patch pockets with shaped flaps, side slits, pleated at back into yoke, slightly dropped shoulders and topstitch trim. Full-length shirt sleeves with plackets are tucked into buttoned cuffs. B and C - loose fitting top has collar on band, front buttoned closing, inverted back pleat, shaped hemline, full-length two piece raglan sleeves tucked into buttoned cuffs and topstitch trim. With or without shaped patch pockets and self tie belt.
