Butterick 5127; ca. 1978; GIRLS' DRESS. Semi-fitted dress, in two lengths, has jewel neckline, front pleated into straight grain or bias inset, attached self ties, short or full-length sleeves gathered at caps and elasticized at lower edge forming self-ruffle. With or without bias patch pockets. Self ruffle or purchased trim. Solid or bi-color.
