Butterick 519

Butterick 519; ca. 1960s; Girls' Shirtwaist Blouse: Choice of Backs. Blouses that have been action tested for fit and comfort. All have a forward shoulder line, convertible collar and breast pocket. Long-sleeved version has a yoked back, (A) Plain (D). Short-sleeved blouse, plain back (B), yoked (C).

This pattern appears to have an illustration from the 1950s but the layout and typeface of the 1960s, therefore a likely later reissue of a 1950s pattern.
