Butterick 5345; ca. 1950; SOFT ONE-PIECE DRESS: TUCK DETAIL. Wonderful feminine adaptation of the shirtwaist dress. In (View A) big, drop-shoulder puff sleeves and hipline of the flared skirt are smartly encircled by tucks. Collar is a modified middy; can be done in contrast (View B).
