Butterick 5383; ca. late 1970s; Girls' Shirt, Skirt & Culotte. Semi-fitted shirt has pointed collar and band all-in-one, front tucked buttoned band closing, shaped patch pockets with tucked band, and short sleeves with turnback cuffs. Flared skirt and culotte have waistband, pockets in side seams and mock fly front. Topstitch trim.
