Butterick 5394; ca. 1934;  A Delineator Style including the new Deltor with instructions for sewing in Slide Fastener. Beginner's Pattern.  Two-Piece Skirt For Women and Misses Having an Inverted Plait at Side Seams. (To be Worn with the Top of Inside Belt at Natural Waistline.) Optional patch pocket. "Let-Out Seams" provide for Letting Out the hips 1 1/2 inch if needed.

The latest patent date on the instructions is 1923.
