Butterick 5648; ca. 1951; Tailored One-Piece Dress: Straight Lines. A trim, wonderfully wearable tailored dress with high flap pockets on the bodice and on the pencil slim, three-gore skirt. Smart V-neckline. (A) Cropped sleeves. (B) Below-elbow, lantern-type, drop shoulder sleeves.
